IS FREE:

• advice on buying or selling real estate in Bulgaria;
• selection of suitable properties for sale and rent in Bulgaria;
• notification by e-mail about new offers according to your specified criteria - free for registered users. To register, click on this link;
• e-mail notification of price discounts for your selected real estate objects - free for registered consumers;
• meeting at the airport, at the bus station, at the railway station, providing housing for 5 days (to select a property) - free of charge for clients coming on study trips and buying real estate with EuroDom21 (see the contract here);
• legal advice when buying or selling real estate in Bulgaria - free of charge for EvroDom21 clients;
• assistance in preparing the necessary documents for the sale of movable property - free of charge for EvroDom21 clients;
• assistance for insurance of real estate or other movable or immovable property - free of charge. You pay the cost of the insurance premium according to the rate of the insurance company.

* NOTE. Clients of EvroDom21 are all individuals and legal entities who have signed an agreement with EvroDom21 on mediation in the purchase or lease of real estate in Bulgaria. For persons who do not have concluded contracts with EvroDom21, and who are not considered the company's clients, the prices of these services for clients may be negotiated depending on the specific case.

PAID ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Transport services:

  - If you use EvroDom21 transport during inspection tours from the office or from the meeting point to real estate objects, then the payment is 0.30 euros / km (payment for fuel and depreciation). This applies to reviews of those properties that are located in different settlements (Sofia, Burgas ...) (see the contract here)

  - if you purchase real estate with our company, then all transport costs will be restored (returned to you);

• Agency commission ** for real estate purchase: 3% of the property price, but not less than 800 euros. The payment is paid upon signing the preliminary agreement with the buyer (for example, Sofia, Burgas ...), except for real estate objects, where it is indicated that the agency is not entitled to commission;
• renewal of the contract for electricity, water - 100 euros or (195 leva);
• payment of utilities (electricity, water) - 10 euros (19 leva);
• payment of the municipal property tax - 25 euros (50 leva);
• furnishing of real estate - payment on a specific request;
• architectural projects - payment on a specific request;
• project consulting - payment on a specific request;
• agency commission for the sale of real estate - on request.

**NOTE. The commission covers a number of important services that we provide to our clients during the purchase: the organization of viewing tours, the selection of suitable real estate according to the specified parameters, legal assistance, verification of property documents, verification of encumbrances on real estate, preparation of all necessary agreements for the transaction, administrative work, expenses during negotiations and the holistic organization of the buying process.
